Shannon brings a varied set of experiences to her role on the Mass Torts and Industry Wide Litigation team. She most recently served as Assistant Corporation Counsel for the New York City Law Department in the Special Litigation Unit and the Special State Law Enforcement Division. In this role, she was responsible for resolving a range of cases in municipal litigation matters, including state and federal trials involving excessive force, false arrest and maritime law. Shannon was selected as a Team Leader in the office to mentor fellow attorneys, and was elected chairperson for the division’s quality of life committee. While attending law school, Shannon participated in trial and appellate clinics, three legal internships and competed in six interscholastic competitions.
